Bruce has cultivated his practice for 30 years through education, psycho-spiritual studies, and rich life experience. He studied with various Eastern and Western masters, learning and spending time teaching personal development, energy work, and the healing arts Globally. His quest to understand and maximizing the human experience, while enjoying all aspects of life, has enlivened a broad and deep body felt knowing of the human potential.

 

His journey started in college with a Chi Gong Master, which brought working with energy into his daily life. He studied Macrobiotics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, earned a degree in hypnotherapy, graduated from a 3 year energy healing program where he taught and practiced energy healing as a tool for personal evolution, and then earned a Masters in spiritual psychology. He was part of the founding team that developed Mount Soma, a Vedic meditation community in North Carolina.

The work begins by identifying the very specific and unique limiting beliefs from both your conscious mind and unconscious often referred to the shadow. The exact wording of what experiences you are trying to avoid is critical to uncover and clear the previously hidden forces affecting your life.   This identification and clearing is very honouring to the self and in essence breaks up limiting beliefs and obstacles that were  once locked in place. Then through a variety of tools we clear the energies that have been creating turbulence and stopping your flow.

Once there is greater space, flexibility and new freedom to experience yourself in a deeper way, we can discover what your soul came to express in this lifetime. Understanding and connecting with the feeling of your souls mission, is an incredibly powerful experience and a direct connection to your super powers.
